I help service-based founders scale beyond founder dependency.

I’m Cristina Vielhaber, founder of Meridiance.

After spending 15+ years helping scale a service-based company from approximately $1M to more than $200M, I learned that growth alone does not create freedom.

Without the right leadership, systems, processes, and technology, growth can create more pressure, more bottlenecks, and more dependency on the founder.

Meridiance was created to help founders build businesses that can grow without everything depending on them.

Built From Real Scaling Experience

I’ve helped build operational infrastructure during rapid growth, led teams through high-volume service demand, partnered with software teams to improve systems, and supported organizations through the real complexity of people, process, and technology.

I did not learn scaling from theory.

I learned it inside real pressure — when volume increased, teams were stretched, systems broke, and leadership had to evolve quickly.

What Scaling Taught Me

Scaling works when the business has:

Clear leadership
Empowered people
Documented processes
Technology that removes friction
A team that knows how to own the mission

That is the work I now bring to founders and service-based companies through Meridiance.

A Few Things About Me

Outside of my work, I'm a wife, a mom of four, and someone who believes that meaningful leadership starts long before we walk into the office.

I've experienced seasons of incredible growth, difficult setbacks, and everything in between. Those experiences have shaped not only how I lead businesses, but how I show up for the people I serve.

When I'm not working with founders and leadership teams, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, reading, enjoying a great cup of coffee, or exploring new ideas that help people lead with greater clarity and purpose.

Why Meridiance Exists

Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to help build someone else's vision.

For more than 15 years, I experienced firsthand what it takes to scale a service-based company and I watched the business evolve through every stage of growth, took on new challenges along the way, and learned how leadership, people, processes, and technology all have to grow together.

But the part I loved most was never just growing the business.

It was helping people grow.

I found the greatest fulfillment in developing leaders, coaching teams, solving complex problems, and helping people see potential in themselves that they couldn't yet see on their own. Whether it was mentoring a new supervisor, building systems that gave a team confidence, or helping an executive navigate the next stage of growth, I realized my passion wasn't simply scaling companies—it was helping people expand what they believed was possible.

That's why I founded Meridiance.

Today, I take everything I learned from helping scale someone else's vision and use those lessons to help entrepreneurs and service-based business owners build their own.

My goal is to help founders think bigger, lead with confidence, build businesses that can grow beyond them, and create a lasting impact on the people they serve.

There is nothing more rewarding to me than watching someone accomplish something they once believed was out of reach. If I can help expand the capacity of a founder, a leader, or an entire organization, I know that impact will ripple far beyond the business itself.
